just picked up my car from Auto Body Expressions Inc in Elk Grove and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team did an excellent job with the repair, and the car looks amazing. A special thank you to Robert, who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed ahead of time about everything that needed to be done with my car and made sure I understood the approvals required from my insurance. His communication and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the quality work and customer service. To anyone reading this review, at Auto Body Expressions you receive a Lifetime Guarantee on all their work. We took our 1993 white Toyota pickup into repair/replace a R-side damaged door. We could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship performed by Chris in the body shop. (out of a 5 star rating we would give you a “10” ) We were equally pleased with Justin who kept us up to date with the work being performed. The picture on the left is the replacement door, found at a wrecking yard and the picture on the right is a picture of the damaged door!

They did excellent work repairing my vehicle from collision damage. Friendly customer service. Fairly quick service. They even detailed my car! Best service I’ve ever received. Very satisfied.

So I had to take a minute to write this review because I was very very pleased with the costumer service Matt and Lauren gave me. They were so kind so professional. I wana start by saying at first I was so skeptical because I never trust anyone with my car it’s hard to find somewhere, where you feel they will take good care of your car. I had gotten into a car accident and my car was so damaged the side door and back had to be fixed I was hit on i5 and could of been terribly hurt but by gods Grace I wasn’t, however my car was very damaged my insurance sent my car to this place and let me say I’m so glad they did. It did take a month to get the part and fixed.. and when I got it back something else was wrong but let me tell you when I say Matt was so amazing he truly was he took my car back that Monday and got me a rental and got me to my rental. Having 7 kids and a busy schedule and just chaos all the time he was so kind made everything so easy! He truly loves what he does he’s so professional and so understanding and very good at his job! I would recommend anyone here and if you have any issues Matt will take care of you! Lauren upfront was so sweet and just so quick with paperwork and having everything ready! My car looks great shiny and waxed as well. Thank you auto expressions because of you Matt and Lauren and whoever fixed my car in the back, made my experience better and I’m so thankful for your hard work. Used to stand by these guys 100 percent . Even forgave the gap in the replacement bumper on our Mach e . Took my daughters car there after a fender bender in 2023 . I asked for parts to be checked since Covid had just happened . It never happened . They never checked or followed up .I let it go since my kid was “ saving “ to pay for it . Well now another fender bender . I went straight back to do both with them. I told the new rep about the last interaction and he stated “ oh we can match the price we gave you “ . Well he didn’t . What a disappointment for a returning customer . Since I gave the go to fix the back bumper I kept my word and let them do it . Communication was awful . We got the car back . Drips from the paint job . Really ? Is there any quality control . Sorry no longer recommend . I have one more new driver to go so we’ll have to find a new place if there’s a fender bender .

Unfortunately, a tree fell on my Mustang, causing hood and roof damage. Auto body expressions did an amazing job with the repair, while giving superior customer service. I worked with Justin. He was amazing as well! This is my second experience with them, and I won't go anywhere else.

We brought in our vehicle for repair after it was damaged in a parking lot, and honestly, we weren’t sure if it would ever look the same again. I was pleasantly surprised to see that our car came back looking brand new! This shop not only delivers excellent results, but they’re also extremely efficient—the turnaround time was much quicker than I expected.
