Sundunes Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Sundunes Hotel. The property is so beautiful, peaceful and immaculately maintained. We stayed in a two-story suite with a private pool, and it was spotless, stylish and thoughtfully designed — very modern and still really comfortable. Nasos, the manager, was outstanding — kind, attentive and made us feel very welcome. All the staff were lovely, and the food & drinks were delicious. It’s a new hotel that gets everything right — steps from the beach, comfortable lounge chairs, huge pool, and gorgeous landscaping. We can’t wait to come back.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel!! The staff is amazing! Always with smiles, so pleasant and will go the extra mile for you if need be. The rooftop is gorgeous with amazing views of the sunset. Wait staff and the goddess like hostess (sorry I forgot her name) was always attentive and quick with their delicious drinks!! Services are great! Our room was always clean and smelled fresh afterwards. Beach and pool towels always available. Their boutique is small, quaint and the owner or the woman who runs it is always with a beautiful smile. The beach is just a few steps away and they will go back and forth to get your drinks or food (of course you have to pay for that.. but so worth it!!! There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance on the beach. There’s a pharmacy just a 5 min walk from the hotel. You do need to call a car to get to and from the town of Naxos. We will definitely be returning!!!!

A PERFECT and peaceful stay on Naxos! The coastal location provides convenient access to many restaurants after a day spent at the beautiful beach steps from the hotel, Sundune’s beautiful pool or when returning from the day’s exploration! The amazing staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming! The breakfast is delicious and varied and the apartments are beautifully designed and comfortable! The sunset views are stunning from the balcony! One of our very favorite stays! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Beautiful rooms in Greek beach style. Extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and genuinely cheerful. A dream! And the location? Perfect for swimming ! Great restaurants are within walking distance or right next to the hotel. Paradise on earth! I had the most wonderful honeymoon there. What an amazing gem! See you very soon and thank you for the fantastic time!

We had a great stay at the Sand Dunes. The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was delicious for dinner. We loved the beach and had great service there too. The rooms were nice and clean but a bit bare. There could be more storage for clothes. We’d recommend to stay here.

My husband and I along with our two year son absolutely loved Sundunes in Naxos when we were there in September. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast that was included had a large variety of fresh food daily. The pool was just perfect for us and our young son and having the beach across the street was so incredibly convenient. The location had plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and was extremely family-friendly. We would 100% return!

We had an amazing stay in the Sundunes Hotel. The staff is very polite and the service is on point. The gym as small but has good equipment. The breakfast has much to offer, and the beach infront of the hotel is just beautiful.

A very nice hotel on Plaka beach. It’s new so everything looks clean and modern. The parking is really good at the hotel and we could park near our room. The view from the generous balcony is super. Pool area is really nice and it’s brilliant to have a shallow end for small children. One negative would be the curtains - the bedroom curtains let in a lot of light. And the shower area is open plan and the window has no blinds / shutters / curtains and lets in a lot of light. It’s not ideal when you want to have a lie in on a holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Sundunes Hotel in Naxos. The room and bathroom were both a great size, spotless, and very comfortable. The members of staff were so kind and attentive, which made our stay extra special. The breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is set in a quieter, secluded part of the island near Plaka Beach, where the water is calmer than other beaches further down the island—perfect for a relaxing beach day. A fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy Naxos. We would love to come back, highly recommended!

Spacious clean rooms with great amenities. 2 minute walk from the beach. Great pool Staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing restaurant on-site. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. No car required!
