I Just wanted to say Luis and his team did an amazing job on my truck. He was awesome to work with and answered any questions I had. I called him around 6:30 pm and he stayed until after 9 pm waiting for me to have the truck towed to his shop. Customer service was great and the work was flawless. Thank you Luis for everything!

Very honest and sweet people. I was a victim of a hit and run and was devastated being left with the bill of having to deal with repairs. I had never been in an accident before so I had no experience thankfully they were very helpful and helped me with explaining the process. They left my car looking brand new. I bought a front bumper and grill aftermarket and every body shop was telling me they cannot take it because they have to provide theirs. I call Union body shop and they told me it would be no problem took my car and I got the next day. This guys went beyond what I was expecting, they’re awesome! I recommend this body shop

This was a great experience! I had some scratches on my brand new car that needed to be fixed up, and it's now back to looking like new again! They were very quick, the job is well done, and the price was good! Everyone I interacted with was also great and I will definitely return if I need any other work in the future.

The owners are wonderful people! A friend was the victim of a hit and run last night on Lavon in front of this shop. We left the car there overnight and the next morning I went in to ask if they had any cameras to see the accident. They couldn’t help with cameras but they have amazing people here. One of the owners followed us as we towed the car to his place. Offered to help store it if his apartment made a fuss and made sure we got to the complex safely. Anytime I need anything I will go here because it’s ran by such amazing human beings with huge hearts who genuinely care for their community.

Asked the guy running true shop for a quote on a classic car. And said my car wasn’t even worth it. If you don’t know anything about a classic cars just say that. Educate yourself before speaking to customers. Wouldn’t do business with this place super unprofessional.
