We really enjoyed living at Equinox and only moved due to a work relocation. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and about 10 minutes from parks, the library, and playgrounds. The community felt safe and quiet, and the backyard space is great for kids to play. The townhome layout worked well and everything was well maintained. Parking was also easy with plenty of visitor spots. Emma and Ty were friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

We love living at equinox! The management here is so nice and the communication is wonderful and timely. The townhomes themselves are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Emma, the property manager, is such a delight to work with. I have had several not so great experiences with other rental companies in Idaho Falls, but Emma made the process at equinox smooth and very enjoyable.
