I had a problem with the 4 wheel drive on my Tiguan. I called Sonny ands he asked me to bring it in the following day. He investigated and identified the problem straight away. He contacted me and we agreed that he go ahead with the repair. He ordered the part and it took 2 days to arrive. As soon as it arrived he fitted the new part and I was able to get the car back the next day. He called me after I had taken the car to make sure that everything was ok. These are great people working in an excellent garage

0* After they had our van for over a month for repairs, we paid £3,600 for engine work. Unfortunately, after collecting the van, it broke down the same day—after only 17 miles of driving.
They have since refused to offer a refund. Their response was:
“Your claim for a refund of £3,600 is rejected.
Our work was completed correctly – proven by 17 miles of normal engine operation.”
Another garage advised the workmanship was really poor and provided photo and video evidence of the damage their insufficient work had likely caused, which was passed on.
They suggested our driving conditions had caused the breakdown, despite us sending them our tracker details showing it was driven normally.
Based on our experience, we would not feel confident returning and would advise others to approach with caution!
