I’ve been working with Caribbean Beach Properties for a few years, and their service is excellent. It is a fantastic team who are all trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and have high work ethic, and expectations. They are easy to communicate and quick to respond, even after hours. I’m lucky to have them manage my place.

I used to be a big fan of Caribbean Beach Properties, but as they've transitioned from being rental agents to property management, I've seen and heard some bad stories. Ours was a unit at El Faro that was managed through CBP. We rented this property for 8 nights. NEVER had maid service. What's worse, when we inquired to the rental agent, they were told that the maid service came and gave cleaning service every other day...which was an undeniable lie. We washed the linens, swept and mopped the floors and cleaned the kitchen. We love the rental agents at El Faro (Five Star properties and Dreamzone mostly) but have concerns about CBP.
