Great technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My dryer broke on a Friday night. Called them and he was able to come Saturday afternoon. Fixed the problems with parts he had in his van…no waiting on parts! Fantastic service and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Do not bother with these guys..... Fellow was really nice and came very quickly. I had done some attempts to fix the washing machine by replacing parts that the machine came back with the error codes. After 1/2 hour of tests, the nice fellow said it was this part. which I had replaced (but it was from Amazon). So, I ordered the new said part, installed it and it still came up with the E11 error. In my attempts to contact them, for the past 4 days NADA.....I have since scraped the machine and bought a new one. If this is how a company does business, you know they're only out for themselves to make as much money as possible!!!
