The plumbers Alex, Cesar and Barrett were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair options before starting any work. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and attention to detail. Hands down the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. We live in a 1958 home with 75-year-old cast iron pipes and some pretty rough DIY plumbing from previous owners, so this was not an easy job. Johnny and Cesar came out first to assess the house and I got a great feeling right away. Honest, knowledgeable, and no upselling. What started as just two things we wanted fixed turned into us upgrading a lot more simply because we trusted them. Over two days, Ricardo, Barrett, and Michael fixed multiple P-traps, replaced our water heater, replaced old shower plumbing and fixtures, hydro blasted our primary shower, upgraded our main water shutoff valve, and next week they’re doing epoxy lining on our old cast iron pipes. These guys were all incredible. Professional, detail-oriented, great with our dogs, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ricardo went above and beyond by sweeping/cleaning out our water heater closet and even put our trash bins out and brought them back in after trash day. If you have an older home or complicated plumbing, I can’t recommend them enough. I almost miss having them around.
