Tricia with Bumble Bee was fantastic. The first appointment for quote and style went smooth, she had everything available to show samples, colors, styles, and was extremely organized. She offered several options different price ranges, did not try to push anything specific and was very knowledgeable of her products. There were 2 questions she did not have answers for but she reache don't to the vendor and gave us an answer the next day. Through the whole process she was never pushy for the sale and stayed in contact, not to much not to little, some sales people will destroy you with email or texts to get the sale, she stayed in contact just right. Instal day they arrived on time, installed everything perfectly and all blinds work as ordered. We did power blinds and was educated very well by the installer on setting up scenes and automation on the app. The remotes will do sections at a time but with the app you can do window by window. I would highly recommend Tricia and bumblebee blinds for all your window treatments you need.

Bumble Bee Blinds is an amazing company! Tricia went above and beyond to make sure we got the best window treatments. Her installation team is excellent and has wonderful expertise also. Tricia took the time to help us select the best products and fabrics for our needs, visiting us several times to offer options. She’s a pleasure to work with and it’s obvious she really cares about her clients. I can’t recommend Bumble Bee and Tricia more highly! When it comes to window treatments, there are so many options and possibilities, along with some challenges. Tricia was the perfect guide for this process: kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She’s so resourceful too; she researched and found the perfect rod for a custom project. I never felt pressured and yet she was always accessible and prepared with answers. Don’t hesitate to work with Bumble Bee! You will have the peace of mind to know you’re working with someone who really cares and offers exceptional service.
