I have had a very positive experience with my family doctor and the clinic team. Dr.Tarek is caring, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen, which makes me feel comfortable and well supported. I also really appreciate the receptionist who called me promptly to book a follow-up appointment after my blood test results were available. That extra step made me feel genuinely well cared for. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and kindness.

i rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with this doctor was so upsetting that I feel obligated to share. Over the past few years, I consistently felt dismissed and not taken seriously during appointments, but my most recent visit was the last straw. I came in seeking help and clarification about a specialist referral, and instead of being met with professionalism or empathy, he spoke extremely quickly, talked over me, and became visibly irritated when I politely asked him to slow down because I was struggling to process what he was saying. I asked if he could slow down as i was having a hard time processing everything he was saying to which he responded: “no i don’t have to slow down” and that i was “not actually his patient” and said I should not come back — after I had believed he was my family doctor for years. The way this was communicated was shocking and lacked basic compassion or respect. Patients come to doctors when they are vulnerable and looking for guidance. Regardless of administrative status, there is no excuse for speaking to someone in such a dismissive and dehumanizing way. I left feeling confused, humiliated, and unsupported. I would strongly encourage others to seek a physician who communicates with basic dignity and respect. follow up care has also been routinely inconsistent. if i had the means to sue i would
