I was scheduled originally for a cleaning but ended up in severe tooth pain prior to my appointment. I called the office 3 days before my appointment and let them know my situation and that I was traveling 2 hours to come to their office and if there was any possible was they could address my current pain issue. My primary dentist said I needed an oral surgeon to do route canal or extraction of 1-2 teeth. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating considering we arrived 1 1/2 hrs early. They took me right in and of course my pain elevated to tears quickly during the visit like it was doing at home. She quickly addressed my pain by numbing the area to provide relief, then cleaned my teeth and the Dr saw me looked everything over and said both teeth needed to be pulled so he did that too following my cleaning. The hygienist was amazing!!! Best cleaning I've had in a long time. The Dr was extremely informative and clearly knowledgeable beyond dentistry meaning he takes into consideration the health of the whole patient not just teeth. He was very informative of entire procedure stated I was in control and to raise my hand to stop the procedure at anytime I was uncomfortable. I was well numbed and I only felt slight pressure but he pulled 2 teeth without causing any pain. He offered different treatment plan options for my issues. My husband also had his teeth cleaned. We both felt it was well worth the 2 hour drive and would definitely return to this office. Outstanding amount of care, compassion, professionalism and patience was seen during our visit.
