Horrible customer service.No professionalism. Got a whatsapp message saying that Fabric is not available, I asked for refund and they ask if it can be done after 3-4weeks,to which i clearly disagreed. Later even after multiple requests for update,both via email and whatsapp,i get no proper response or official email.Its been exactly a month and still nothing. I have officially made a grieviance report with theNational consumer helpline. I got a reply over whatsapp today-'will be done today'.No apology,nothing!!!horrible experience. Refund also still pending
