Mattress Discounters #1

I am sorry to say that my experience with Mattress Discounters in Milpitas on Main street has been very disappointing. We purchased a cour mattress and Jessica bed frame in Oct 2024 and setup an appointment for assembly of the bed frame. They came over with the new mattress and tried to setup the bed frame but wasn't setup correctly. Within a few days they were back to fix it because I complained the bed wasn't setup properly. They came a second time around and took at least 1 hour to assemble it "correctly" and placed the mattress on top of the bed. After a few weeks of use we knew something wasn't right when the bed was not able to take the weight. I tried to text the person to complain but there was no response. I have pictures now of the bed frame that's poorly assembled, broken pieces and mismatched parts. Unfortunately there is no support from the team to fix this issue. We are stuck with a poor quality bed that is badly assembled now that we cannot use. I am at a loss on what to do next. Update: I don't have the receipt on me but I paid for the bed and mattress on Oct 24 2024. It's a Jessica model bed. I hope you can look up the order details. Please see attached pictures. We moved the mattress and the bed is unusable.

Great place to shop. The store didn’t have what I was looking for so Dan helped to me to find exactly what I wanted in a catalog. It took me sometime to find a bedroom set (I’m so picky) Dan was patient and answered all of my many questions. My bedroom set was delivered earlier than expected and also put together in my bedroom I didn’t have to lift a finger. I never leave reviews but I’m so wowed about this purchase and all the help that Dan provided me. Oh and I didn’t break the bank!
