Had a pickup for a car scheduled through a third party for 7am-11am on Friday, finally heard from these guys at 1030am after I had called just for them to say they wouldn’t get here until maybe 1:30-1:45, which I would be unavailable for (hence why I SCHEDULED a pickup). They offered to reschedule for Saturday at 8am-noon, and then at 730pm Friday night, cancelled the pickup outright with no communication to me, leaving me no time at all to find a new carrier. Poor communication with this company, totally screwed me over.
