My son brought me to Springvale for a 5-star Vietnamese breakfast at 8am. I ordered the crab meat noodle soup — the broth was beautifully sweet and full of flavour. Absolutely delicious. Loved it and would happily come back again.

Disappointing. Decided to try this place because not many places do crab soup noodle and egg coffee around this area. Drink was served within 30s and the noodle was served within 1 minute after the order. The egg coffee was made from coffee powder not espresso, with at least half of the glass filled with ice.(The egg foam at decent though) For the noodle, the broth was bland. The pork blood jelly was undercooked and was still hard. Important toppings like the crab meatball was meh and they only put in maybe half of a wedge of tomato. Seemed like very little care was made into making their food. The owner wouldn't even spare the steps to walk to my table for my order. Co thu quan does a much more decent crab soup noodle and would recommend trying out other places for a egg coffee.
