I had a great experience at West John Auto Repair. The manager Hugo was professional, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was clearly explained. The technician Miguel (hope I spelled his name right) did an excellent job. You can really tell he takes pride in his work — everything was done carefully, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. What I appreciated most was their honesty and responsibility. No unnecessary upselling, no shortcuts — just solid, reliable work and timely communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop with people who actually care about their work and their customers, I highly recommend West John.

I had a great experience at West John Auto. Hugo truly goes above and beyond—not only making sure the work on the car is done right, but also providing excellent customer service. The prices are fair and, most importantly, they are honest about what your car actually needs. Upfront, and they’re so busy, they don’t need to hassle to get business, but of course they appreciate it and it shows. The staff was also very kind and professional; they even apologized when my car wasn’t ready at the expected time, which I really appreciated. It was my first experience and they met my expectations . Highly recommend!
