I recently had Enrique inspect my house, and I’ve got to say I’m really impressed. From start to finish, the whole experience felt smooth, professional, and honest. Enrique showed up on time, walked me through exactly what he would be checking, and took his time doing it. He didn’t rush; he made sure to inspect every important area of the home, and whenever he found something, he explained what it was, why it mattered, and how serious it could be. The inspection report came back quickly and let me tell you, it was detailed. Photos, notes, clear explanations… he made it easy to understand what needed attention and what was more cosmetic or non-urgent. I appreciated that he spoke plainly (no confusing jargon), which made everything way more approachable. And after the inspection, he was available for follow-up questions, which was extremely helpful, especially if you’re not used to reading inspection reports. On top of that, he speaks both English and Spanish, which for me was a big plus 👍 and made the whole process even more comfortable.
