They wasted my time and showed a lack of professionalism. I was told I had an appointment scheduled for today, but when I arrived they claimed I wasn’t on the schedule. Meanwhile my back is in pain and I came there expecting treatment. Instead of focusing on helping patients and addressing their medical needs, it felt like personal feelings were being brought into the situation. Very disappointing experience
