NZ Electronics Repair – Botany & East Tāmaki

If zero was an option than I would give them zero stars. The staff are so rude, gave me the wrong product for my laptop. Once I called to get a refund, they started to making excuses of the manager not being available. Once we got to the branch, the staff member Suresh, started to yell at us and said he can't refund without the manager. Kept saying to come the next day. I called the 0800 number given to me, the senior technician answered. Started yelling at me. Suresh told his senior technician that we threw his phone and broke his phone. Senior technician kept telling Suresh not to refund the money and lie that I have thrown the phone and broken it. The staff was willing to lie. Lucky I understood what they were saying and all they did was make comments and lie so they didnt have to refund us the money. Still no manager, said they have sold the repair kit to check the screen purchased so I have to come in tomorrow again. Just another lie. All they did was come up with excuses not to refund, the so called Manager Amit video called Suresh and was threatening me over the phone. Telling me if he shows up to the store, it wont be good. He didnt even respect the fact that I was a lady and still threatened me. Every number you call, you get to speak to the same person. No difference. No other management available. This place is a scam. Worst place to be at, warning for everyone. Not to go there. They rip you off.

I had my 2020 MacBook screen repaired and Sulesh did an excellent job. I first went in on Sunday evening when only silver screens were available, but Sulesh went above and beyond by ordering a gold screen and installing it the very next day. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Took my MacBook in for repair and couldn’t be happier. They explained the issue clearly, fixed it quickly, and the price was fair. Feels like new again. Would definitely come back

Phone bootlooped itself until the battery and charger port died so I paid for a diagnosis and got a quote for the fix. Told me my phone was completely dead and needed a whole OS reset. Guy had good customer service but said no thanks as i knew that wasnt right. Got the phone and took it to another place that was less lazy and actually found the problem that my motherboard and battery were damaged, not the OS. Clearly they didnt want to do the hard work to actually help me - all i wanted was my data off the phone which they said was impossible. UPDATE/EDIT: after i posted this review the company spam called me 4 times and yelled at me to take down my review claiming they will keep my phone at their shop until i did. Meanwhile my phone was in my hand and once i said that they hung up.
