Team and Management Changes: The assured team was not dispatched. This necessitated me working with an alternate manager and team whom I had to instruct to begin operations at 2:00 PM, a significant deviation from our initial agreement. Incomplete Drilling Depth: The primary issue is that the required drilling depth was not achieved. The geologist you referred recommended a minimum depth of 750 to 1000 feet to secure a viable water resource. I approved drilling to a depth exceeding 750 feet based on this professional recommendation. The alternate team manager, however, concluded the operation prematurely, failing to meet my specific requirement as the customer. Operational Disappointment: I experienced considerable frustration last night when the on-site operator and manager refused my requests to attempt inserting one or two more drill pipes. Despite my repeated requests, the manager abruptly shut down the compressor. Payment Status and Path Forward: As directed, I have made a payment of ₹70,000 to the alternate company. I acknowledge the outstanding balance of ₹60,000 as per our original contract and have no intention of withholding this payment. However, I cannot simply make the final payment and close this discussion without addressing the core problem that my requirement for adequate drilling depth was not met.
