Signature Roofing

Due to the storms back in Feb 2024 part of our roof had blown off. Then came the task of finding a good honest roofing company. We had gotten 5 estimates. I checked their licenses and the contractors board for insurance which most provide and if their license was in good standing. A couple had open cases. Kevin was honest and upfront from the beginning. He wasn't the highest or lowest price but made that clear from the begining. His work was outstanding and attention to detail impressive. He's workers were respectful and polite. The work was outstanding and they cleaned up everyday. I highly recommend Signature Roofing. Thank you Kevin.

Owner response is bogus. Kevin damaged my TPO roof membrane. He caulked the bottom of the flange on my skylight thinking that might be why I had a roof leak. This made the leak worse, so he came back and removed the caulk with a sharp tool. While doing this he damaged the curb TPO membrane by slicing into it at the bottom of the skylight flange. I contacted him directly with an email address we previously had used to communicate. He never responded and refused to take ownership of the damage he caused.

I highly recommend Signature Roofing based on their fair price, quality and professionalism. I got 5 estimates from other roofing companies to do a complete tear off, dry rot repair and resheeting. My nephew who is a roofer in a different region reviewed all the quotes and said that Signature’s was by far the most fair and thorough. Throughout the whole process, Kevin the owner was open and honest with how to get the most bang for my buck and didn’t pressure me with any upselling. Upon hiring Signature, they were great at communication and were able to schedule me about a month out after I accepted their bid. Kevin came out and did a temporary patch prior to a big storm to make sure I didn’t have further damage while waiting for my roof replacement. During the actual install, his crew was professional and friendly. One of the guys actually brought me tamales that his wife had made! They were very respectful of me, which is important to me as a woman living alone who needs to feel safe. The worksite was tidied after the job and they even did some minor stucco repairs. Signature may not be the absolute lowest price out there, but I think they are by far the best value and highest quality. Thanks Kevin!

Once I called Signature Roofing and left a message I got an immediate call back and a same day appointment! Amazing response and service. Once we decided to use Signature Roofing, they started our job two days later and it was done quickly and thoroughly! The owner was very knowledgeable and pointed out lots of small areas that needed attention on our roof and included them on our proposal. Signature Roofing is simply excellent! I had major dry rot and sagging roofs that required extensive cutting and repair, at the second story and at times quite precarious to work on. Kevin’s roofers were on time every day, professional, friendly, kept the job site clean, and very responsive to any questions I had. It was difficult work and they did a great job! I obtained multiple quotes from different roofers and found Signature Roofing’s price fair and reasonable. I chose them because I liked their solution to my roofing issue and they weren’t shortcutting the work like some of the others wanted to do. I will definitely use Signature Roofing for any other repairs that might come up and would highly recommend them.

We had a good experience with Kevin and his team. He did my house and my Dad's house, both roofs turned out great. You can tell he loves his business and what he does. The whole experience from the beginning to end was fantastic. They show up on time, the workers were professional, and they clean up well. They use high end material, that will last. I had a fantastic experience with Kevin in fixing up a very broken roof. He was very easy to communicate and explained my options patiently and provided a very reasonable quote. He additionaly helped me with installing some smoke detectors and such. I really appreciate the service mentality and work ethic which is quite rare. Always on time, his team met the schedule and did a fine job on the roof and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I was refered to Kevin by my painter to help replace some broken lightweight tiles on my roof that cracked during the job. He was great to work with. Not any of the buracracy of the larger companys, which I really appreciated. Kevin is a roofer, not a salesman. He has decades of experience and it showed. He looked over it all with me, gave me an honest assessment, which found some issues that I didn't even notice until he showed me, discussed a price (which was very fair) and he was able to fix everything I needed right on the spot with some spare tiles that I had already on hand. That was a nice surprise. Will definatley be calling him again when the roof needs work.
