This was the second time my husband and I worked with Andrea to sell our home and once again the experience was exceptional. Andrea is highly experienced, very calm, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. We always felt in touch and informed at every step of the process. I highly recommend Andrea. She came prepared with research information about our home and the market. She is absolutely professional, confident, patient, clearly solid in her knowledge of real estate and effective negotiation. She took time to listen and answered all of our questions as we were first time sellers. She gives you pros and cons about offers, which is honestly how I trusted her guidance. She has a great network of support and the office staff is kind and efficient. Cannot thank her enough for a great experience in selling our home.
