They’ve been pretty good at communicating with me (the parent) at each visit and my daughter has done well. We are at the end now and they have done well with her. They explain well to her what she needs to do and not do and she enjoys the being able to chose colors. So far her teeth have done well and she hasn’t experience much discomfort or at least not greatly.

I have not had a bad experience in the past 4 years. The staff there have been awesome, super helpful, knowledable, professional, and personable! We travel 1.5 hours, the commute isn't fun but the experience is 100% worth it!

My old orthodontist in northern va was wonderful when we were there, I wish I could say my experience with Dr. Lopez was a good one but it was not. She is nice but inexperienced, you should question what she tells you. I feel I was misled. I noticed one of her 5 star reviews is from a person with the last name Beecroft which is also the name of the senior orthodontist(owner?) in this group. Coincidence?
