I'm incredibly surprised. The staff is truly wonderful, have an amazing patience, and took their time explaining all health plans and options. I hope I spell the name correctly, but Tatiana had such an amazing customer service, did not feel rushed at all and took her time explaining everything. Thank you so much! Truly an unexpectedly great experience. I seldom get sick, and always think that the process for health insurance seems too difficult. However, I was wrong. It was actually a very straight forward process and was very happy with it. If you don't have health insurance, I highly recommend calling here to get more information. The staff was professional, courteous and respectful. Again thank you!! 5/5

I always have a great experience with this office. My agent, Carmen, is highly knowledgeable and always has an answer to any questions I have. So grateful for her making a seemingly stressful journey into a seamless transition.
