Asad’s Hot Chicken

Love Asad's! Highly recommend the loaded fries. But every single thing on the menu is fantastic! Great service, good portions for the price. You won't be disappointed!

Asad’s Hot Chicken has really good food — the flavor is great and I enjoy ordering from them. But the one issue I keep having is with the spice level. Even when I clearly ask for no spice, the food still comes extremely spicy every time. I like their food a lot, I just wish they paid more attention to the spice requests because it makes it hard to enjoy sometimes.

Don't go as there was no veg option and the order taker was not sure about it when we order loaded fries with sauce and cheese without any chicken he serve us with chicken now we want refund he said they wznt give refund they don't have any option then I ask manager contact no he said he don't have that we ask owner no he said he was not available ,we spend 15$ but we can't get any proper answer

The food is very good considering it's fast food. Much better than the other chicken places. I always get the 2 sliders. I like no hot sauce. This time they remembered to leave it off. Staff is sweet. It's funny for me because I am kind of old now getting to hang out at a place with cool 😎 people.

We placed an online pickup order at Asad’s Hot Chicken, and they accepted it immediately. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, but the restaurant was already closed. They canceled our order 15 minutes after accepting it, even though we were already there waiting. Very disappointing — if you’re going to close early, at least don’t accept online orders or notify customers ahead of time. Also, this store has gotten noticeably worse — the portions have become much smaller, with less chicken and less sauce compared to how it used to be, and compared to other Asad’s locations.

Stopped in on my way back to NY as it was highly recommended. Dalila was so patient and helpful as I figured out what I wanted to order, all with a smile which is rare to see in customer service nowadays! Atmosphere was casual and calm, food came out in great time, and everything looks delicious. Portion sizes are great for the price too!

The only hot chicken spot in Bensalem. I have tried hot chicken sandwiches all over the country. They got a decent sandwich. I tried hot and extra hot slider. Fries were good. The sauce could use some more flavour. The prices are decent. Service was slow. Overall 4/5 Taste- 4/5 Price value-4/5 Service- 4/5 Location- 4/5 Would recommend everyone to try it

I got the #6 loaded fries and banana pudding! Honestly the loaded fries are good especially with the sauce, but it’s A LOT. I only found myself eating like 1/4 of it and feeling like it was really heavy and greasy. It would be great to share though! The banana pudding was THE BEST. I loved the touch of the cookie and it was lightly sweetened which is what I prefer! Atmosphere is fun with the colors and service was good!

I never leave bad reviews because I own a business but I have had several issue here over the years now so it’s time. I had placed an online order, along with that order i purchased a glass coke . When I went in to pick up the order the guy at the register told me there were no glass cokes available, which was fine with me, but I know the glass cokes are more money . So he proceeds to give me the regular coke and say thanks have a good one . If i didn’t go to say anything I would have walked away paying extra and no one would have said anything so please check your receipts . When I went to tell the guy at the register he went on to tell me it’s only change . Well I guess I’ll be take my only change business elsewhere because they would have never said anything, I hope you guys come to my business and I hope it’s only change for you as well when I don’t give you your money back .

This was my 1st time eating at Asad’s. The restaurant is clean, spacious and the cashier was friendly. I had the loaded fries they came out hot and fresh. I ordered them hot they were mild to me but still tasty. They have this sauce and cheese all over the fries which I liked. They are not stingy with the chicken they top the fries with and I love that. You also get a lot of fries and definitely can share with 2-3 people. I will come back again!
