Asad’s Hot Chicken

The food is delicious, excellent food, the only thing I didn't like was the service. We were the first customers today, I said "good morning" to the employee, he didn't answer. I saw that he wasn't ready and told him not to worry, to take all the time he needed, but he still didn't answer. We wanted to eat there, and he packed our food to go. He seemed annoyed by our presence. Even so, we said "thank you," and he still didn't answer. The employee's service was very poor. The food is delicious.

Just finished my order from DoorDash it was delicious. 🤤 I got the loaded fries, I’m no good with spice and even mild was a little spicy. Fair warning lol 😂 but they definitely have a new customer!

I always have a great experience at Asad’s Hot Chicken in Bensalem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and always served hot. The chicken sandwiches are amazing, and the loaded fries are a must-try. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the customer service. Joyce Martinez is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She always has a positive attitude and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves. Highly recommend this spot — great food and even better service!

The food is great they have good chicken sandwiches and mac and cheese the employees are good at there job and it’s a good place to go and eat

I did call twice and they didnt answer the phone either time. But when I placed the order online, it was an easy experience, the food was ready quickly and the pickup process was convenient. Friendly staff, good prices. I ordered no spice and it was definitely still a bit spicy. Just be aware when choosing spice levels.

We love Asad's! The chicken sandwiches are AWESOME! Properly seasoned and perfectly wrapped for easy eating. The combo of coleslaw, cheese, Asad's sauce, pickles and hot chicken on a beautiful bun is PERFECT. Then the fries (also seasoned) are always fresh. Then top it off you get two tasty pickle slices and a 2oz cup of extra sauce for dipping. You can't go wrong.

Don't go as there was no veg option and the order taker was not sure about it when we order loaded fries with sauce and cheese without any chicken he serve us with chicken now we want refund he said they wznt give refund they don't have any option then I ask manager contact no he said he don't have that we ask owner no he said he was not available ,we spend 15$ but we can't get any proper answer

Love Asad's! Highly recommend the loaded fries. But every single thing on the menu is fantastic! Great service, good portions for the price. You won't be disappointed!

The food is very good considering it's fast food. Much better than the other chicken places. I always get the 2 sliders. I like no hot sauce. This time they remembered to leave it off. Staff is sweet. It's funny for me because I am kind of old now getting to hang out at a place with cool 😎 people.

Asad’s Hot Chicken has really good food — the flavor is great and I enjoy ordering from them. But the one issue I keep having is with the spice level. Even when I clearly ask for no spice, the food still comes extremely spicy every time. I like their food a lot, I just wish they paid more attention to the spice requests because it makes it hard to enjoy sometimes.
