EMERG+NC Property Rescuers

We had some water damage in our main level kitchen/bathroom. We worked with a different company to mitigate the water damage and remove the damaged flooring. We called Emerg-NC to complete the restoration side of things. We had been wanting to replace all the flooring on our main level with continuous LVP, and this was the perfect opportunity to finally get that done. We had 4 different types of flooring with many transitions at different heights. Josh Hooks did a great job working through all of the necessary repairs from the water damage and seamlessly included all of the additional work that we wanted to have done. The flooring crew (Santizo Flooring & Painting) was in and out in about 2.5 days, and they really took pride in the work they were doing. They were flexible and easily maneuvered around our house and all of the obstacles (we have 2 small kids). Josh also coordinated the necessary contractors that were required to complete some minor plumbing work, insulation work in the crawlspace, and finally painting all of the baseboard/quarter round. Water damage never happens at a convenient time. Our life was already turned upside down before a leaky toilet ruined both our bathrooms. I am definitely glad I decided to call EmergNC!
