I would like to share my honest experience with Silverlake Furniture in Jaipur. In my opinion, they are one of the best furniture providers in the city. The quality of their furniture is truly outstanding. The materials used, the finishing, and the overall craftsmanship clearly reflect high standards and attention to detail. Their designs are modern, elegant, and durable, making their products stand out from many other furniture stores. What impressed me the most is their commitment to quality. Every piece of furniture feels strong, well-made, and worth the investment. Whether it is sofas, beds, tables, or other home furniture, everything is designed beautifully and built to last. Their customer service is also very good. The staff is polite, cooperative, and helpful in guiding customers to choose the right products according to their needs and budget. They treat customers with respect and make the buying experience smooth and comfortable. Delivery and overall service are handled professionally and on time. Very poor quality dining table and disappointing after-sales service. We were shown a solid, good-quality dining table in the showroom, but what was delivered was a hollow metal–base table. It produces a loud echo even with the slightest foot movement. The marble tabletop also makes an unusually loud echoing sound when utensils are placed on it, which makes everyday use extremely unpleasant. We raised a complaint the very next day after using the table, but the owners showed no interest in resolving the issue. There was absolutely no after-sales support; once the sale was completed, our concerns were ignored. We were literally told by them that their furniture is like 'a car that has left the showroom, any problem with the product is buyer's problem'. May be they have not heard the concept of 'manufacturing defects' that car manufactures always provide for. This table cost us a significant amount of money, and we are now stuck with a product that does not match what was promised. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.
