His prices are THE BEST and the Italian ices are delicious!!He goes the extra mile for my kids. Both my sons have special needs and he is patient and kind. He’s more than just the ice cream man - he is part of our summer memories. My son on the autism spectrum made a sign for Canada Day and 4th of July and he hung it in his truck - he makes our summer so much sweeter!

I booked Sam's for two parties. The first one was this past Saturday. The truck was late so I reached out to be told the truck broke down. So a no show. I confirmed that he would be there for my party on July 13th that we had already agreed in writing on the time and I had been told we were good. He responds back and asks if he could change the time. I could not since the parry would be over by then. He said he had another gig and now won't be able to make it. I am amazed at the level of unprofessionalism and strongly suggest you do not use this company.

Deliriously unprofessional — confrontational and dishonest. Lied about being the ice cream truck hired for a child's birthday party, effectively stealing business and stiffing the family with an extra bill. He then returned to *confront* the party about the situation after being called out on it.

It was my daughters 2nd birthday party. This dude showed up LIED to my wife claiming he was Mr Softee. WRONG. The real Mr Softee showed up and was like what the hell, so we paid this FAKE for his inconvenience. I thought that was the end of it. But then this dude came back to yell at my wife, so I stepped in and told him and his "boss" off. He was trying to ruin a 2 year olds birthday party after we did everything to correct HIS mistake. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON BUSINESS. If I could give negative stars I would that's how horrible he was to us.
