Patsco Windshield Repair @ San Marcos Premium Outlets, 3939 S Interstate 35

We went to Tanger Outlets just to shop for a few items today and I had been planning to get our headlights repaired on my wife’s crossover SUV and just kept forgetting to schedule it. When we drove in, we saw this place and the price, it was half of what the other place was planning to charge us. Sounds like a good deal, right? But maybe it’s too good to be true? Nope. They quickly assisted us as they were just finishing up on someone in front of us. The best part? We got to sit in the car and talk while they worked. It took less than 15 minutes and our headlights looked brand freaking new. I highly recommend this service for anyone in the area but especially those shopping for the day. The employees were super friendly and helpful!

Once again, Gabriel did an outstanding job. He is very polite and takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly. I drove from new Braunfels to San Marcos in hopes that he would be at that location. So happy he was because I knew my chip and the run would be fixed.

On a very hot day I pulled up to get a small ding in my front windshield repaired. The technicians were great, very nice and cheerful even in the Texas heat. They helped me get paperwork filled out, made the required phone call and got to work. My windshield was fixed in about 10 minutes. So thank you to Gabriel and John for a job well done. I had three chips to repair in the windshield. Gabriel and John inspected them and advised only two needed attention. (One was a previous repair). These two young men were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They even helped me find the claim number on my iPhone and corrected a mistake I made when scheduling can appointment. Top notch customer service service!

My husband went here for a rock chip repair on his windshield. Their service was quick and of quality. Dealing with the insurance claim was pretty seamless (about 5 minutes on the phone for coverage). I came back the following weekend for headlight restoration.
