If I were to recommend an aesthetic clinic for first timer I'd definitely suggest Define Clinic. As someone who has never tried facial before due to my sensitive skin the experience here was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, consultation, treatment, and post treatment care I only have positive things to say about this clinic. The receptionist Yuki is very friendly and warm. Dr Stefan and Dr Affa were both very thorough in their explanations and made me feel safe throughout the whole process. Whats most important was there were no hardselling and both the doctors recommend treatment that suits my skin instead of pressuring me to buy long term packages. I took the 6 in 1 facial, pew pew laser, and peptide booster package. Love the result of the pew pew laser + booster so much I decided to come again to get the same treatment. Down time was short and left me glowy for about 2-3 months. All the doctors and nurses were also very gentle during the treatment. As per usual, the clinic will follow up with you after the treatment and as I had a small purging during the second booster shot they offer to help extract and gave some antibiotic shot to treat the purged area. Love that they do a close follow up with patients after the treatment as this really helps with the effectiveness of the treatment. In conclusion, couldn’t stop raving about this place to all my friends and families. Will definitely drop by again for another treatment 🫶🏻

After visiting many aesthetic clinics, this one truly stands out. Dr Stefan is highly knowledgeable and professional, with no hard selling. Every procedure is clearly explained, and the care feels very personalised. Most importantly, he was the only doctor who correctly diagnosed my rosacea after I had been to several other clinics. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the results have been excellent. Each visit has been a pleasant experience for me. Highly recommended.
