Dr Quan is very professional and explains the diagnosis and treatment clearly. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I had a much better experience here compared to my previous endoscopy clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Quan for my IBS. One of the standout qualities of Dr. Quan is his willingness to truly listen to his patient. He will actively engage in a dialogue with us, ensuring that you not only understand the medical jargon but also help to craft out a treatment plan for me. I encountered various professionals during my struggle to normalize my life. What sets Dr. Quan apart is his exceptional patience. He does not rush through appointments; instead, he takes time to listen, advise and explain every aspect of the medical journey. Dr. Quan does not just prescribe treatments, he ensures you understand the necessity behind each recommendation, allows you to make decisions about your health within the constraints of your budget. While the diagnosis of IBS can be a time-consuming process, the assurance and confidence I feel with Dr. Quan make my journey more manageable. If you are seeking a doctor who combines expertise with patience, understanding and commitment, Dr. Quan is undoubtedly a commendable choice.

I recently had a colonoscopy & gastroscopy with Dr. Quan and wanted to share a very positive experience. Dr. Quan took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly beforehand, answering all my questions patiently. Their explanations were clear and reassuring. The entire procedure went smoothly. The staff was kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Overall, this was a much more positive experience than I anticipated. If you're looking for a gastroenterologist who is knowledgeable, professional, and makes a colonoscopy as pleasant as possible, I highly recommend Dr. Quan.

Dr Quan is a very friendly doctor always willing to listen to all your concerns. Very experienced, professional and up to date with all the latest developments in medicine. If you like doctors who give you their time, discuss your condition by carefully evaluating and explaining all the details, this is the doctor to go to. I visited Dr Quan on 4 Oct 22 and he is my third gastro / endo specialist. My previous two specialists were ‘cold’ and forever busy kind that gave me an impression of ‘questions not welcomed’ with their blank faces. They were running more like ‘conveyor belt’ system with one patient after another that gave me a very bad after-taste of revenue is more important than addressing patients’ anxiety. They seemed more keen to arrange for more regular scopes for me that I feel such is not necessary and so was living under fear when I defied their recommendations. After leaving Dr Quan’s clinic, I feel relieved, empowered, hopeful, and ‘wiser’ with his logical instructions as compared to my previous experiences with the two specialists of feeling confused, unsettled, worried/fearful + having to non-stop combing the internet for answers after consulting them (which made me even more confused and worried). If you want to be under the care of a specialist with a heart, Dr Quan is the one. He rekindles my hope that there are still ethical and genuinely caring doctors around (I almost lose hope after my previous two negative experiences and was then wondering ‘are all doctors the same that I have to settle for such’?) Thank you, Dr Quan!

Dr. Quan is a very knowledgeable and patient specialist. After seeing 3 gastro specialists and being in pain, including $$, he finally correctly diagnosed my Functional dyspepsia (amtriptyline) and also empowered me with his wisdom, medical knowledge; such that I can learn how to titrate myself back to health. Also, he gives me such great confidence on my recovery. If you need to see a GI doctor, Dr. Quan is a really Good Doctor. If you are suffering and lost as to which Doc to go to, I can say He might be the one for you. And He is sincere about getting you back on track to being without medicines and living a good life again. It took me 1 year to find a doctor that can help me. And he could diagnose me correctly in a matter of minutes, and with such patience no matter how many questions I have! Hope all of you can recover just like me. Sending my love to everyone having stomach issues. You can Heal!

I have chronic gastritis and IBS issues and was under control for a long time. In Jul i was tested positive for Covid. Unfortunately, after my recovery, other health issues started to act up. Heart palpitations and gastric pain and acid reflux. Despite having taken medicine for 1 mth, the reflux refused to go away. Out of desperation, I grab whatever name my friends threw at me and Dr Quan was my first contact. I was very glad I did. He is absolutely excellent. Best bedside manners so far for all the doctors that I have consulted. Very patient and thorough with you (unlike some specialists, cant wait to get rid of you). His medication did help me and the GI endoscopy was conducted smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those required very thorough explanation regarding their symptoms.

I am a 59 year old man. I did my gastro and colonoscopy with Dr. Quan just last week due to a discomforting pain in my solar plexus region. I found him to be very friendly and experienced. Very comfortable with him. He makes me feel at ease with his detailed explanation of my condition. I like doctors who explain everything in detail and discusses possible alternative treatments. Dr. Quan is one of those that does that. Very enlightening. The procedure went without a hitch. Quick and easy. Thank you Dr. Quan. See you in 5 years time...😊
