Bill’s 24hr Plumbing Heating & Drain Cleaning

Called last Wednesday morning and explained the we had a toilet that was leaking around the base and into our basement. It apparently had been for a while and had done some damage. Ronnie, a very pleasant lady, indicated that Bill would be available in about 4-5 days. I was disappointed but said okay. Was contemplating calling someone else but a short while later in the morning, Ronnie called back and said they had a cancellation and that Bill could arrive early afternoon if I wanted. I, of course, said you bet. Bill arrived as expected, came in and looked at the situation and said he could take care of it and gave me an estimate. Asked him to go ahead. Long story short, the toilet appeared to have not been properly installed 14 years prior when we had some tile work done and, amazingly, hadn't leaked previously. The job was a bit more involved than Bill thought but, as I watched what he was doing, it was obvious he knows his trade extremely well and has a wealth of experience. He got the situation resolved as I watched and did what I thought was a hell of a great job. No mess left behind and a perfectly functioning toilet. Though the job was somewhat more involved than anticipated, the cost was only slightly over Bill's estimate. It was sincerely a great pleasure to deal with an honest, competent craftsman with a strong, responsible, old-school work ethic and a tremendous sense of humor. As far as we are concerned, we will most certainly call Bill for any of the services he offers that we may need. We also will very confidently recommend him to everyone we can.
