Ren was amazing at our wedding!! Super organised and brought such a fun energy to the night. He was our DJ & MC and exceeded our expectations! He read the room and changed the music to match the vibe. We basically wrote our timeline from all the information Ren provided. Couldn't recommend him enough. 10/10 would book him again.

Ren - the best DJ possible. From the moment we first interacted with Ren it was simple and easy, he gives you a website to input all of the important information for your wedding day, check out points leading up to your big day. On our wedding day he set up an amazing Photo Booth that was a mega hit with everyone easily able to get their digital photos. Ren MC’d our wedding and knew how to get the party started, the dance floor was full the entire night, including myself and my husband not leaving the dance floor because he played hit after hit! Ren, you're 10 out of 10! You really did have us bopping from 8 ‘til Late! Ren was so fantastic to work with for our ceremony, canapé hour and for our reception. The way he helped us to plan and structure the event, using an app for us to add in our music choices, and scheduling really helpful online meetings with us to hone the vibes was great. He made our wedding day feel like a movie, expertly injecting our favourite songs and others he knew would hit into key moments of the day. He liaised with our other vendors so well, and exceeded our expectations. His set up is excellent, and the added lighting was so much fun. He created so many special moments in the evening, and got our guests of all ages dancing. The highest compliment we got was “is he a friend of yours?” Because he knew us so well and was so friendly and open to our ideas. O recommend Ren and 8 ‘Til Late to anyone in need of an excellent DJ to give you an excellent time at to our next event!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, DJ Ren kept the energy high - he perfectly balanced our song requests with his own expert selections, reading the crowd and ensuring everyone had an amazing time. The transitions between songs were seamless, the sound quality was excellent, and he even accommodated last-minute changes with professionalism and ease (assisting with MC introductory remarks and introducing the bridal party!). Ren did our wedding in early April and he was absolutely incredible! He ensured to engage with us from the start and to really get to know us and what was important to us on our wedding day. He also provided a lot of professional advice on sound mangement, keeping the danefloor going and lessons learnt from past weddings on the timings. On the wedding day itself he did not disappoint! He was amazing!! All our guests commented on his ability to transition songs so smoothly but also merge genres and generations of songs. People litterally couldn't leave the dancefloor all night! It was hands down the best dancefloor of any wedding (that's not just me saying that). I cannot recommend Ren enough to anyone looking for to have a dancefloor that never rests and who appreciates constant bangers being played. Ren also made our first dance mash up hope a reality and it was incredible. He did made a first cut wthin 10 minutes of us talking to him about it! He is professional, efficient and commnicates well with you so you do not have to worry about music and lighting at all! 10/10!

DJ Ren provided the music and lights for our wedding reception. He was great to work with in the lead-up / planning, and the DJ'ing on the night was awesome with one of our guests "complaining" that she couldn't leave the dance floor to go to the bathroom as the music was too good to miss out on! Highly recommend for your event.

Fraser and I got married in August 2024. When on the search for our music vendor we discovered Ren who stood out as a refreshing and relatable DJ who would understand what we were after. Music was a priority for us, as it meant a lot in our relationship thus far, and would set the tone for the evening. From the onset of planning through to the very last song, Ren had immaculate attention to detail and professionalism in the way he communicated and worked; his experience in the industry gave us great confidence in his ability and advice that he provided leading up to the day, and was also evident in his ability to manage and respond to the everchanging vibes of a wedding reception. Even 6 months later, we have friends and family extending their compliments to our DJ and the music at our wedding, with one friend booking him for another event, and another couple booking him for their future wedding! A true testament to how fantastic he is! A huge thank you to Ren for being so integral to the best day of our lives, and we can't wait to see him again in the future, killing it on the decks :)
