I can’t say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week. My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn’t load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again — without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren’t backed up to the cloud. Matt came over with a new laptop since mine had a detached screen as well as black horizontal lines all over the screen, making it difficult to see anything. He sat himself down and got busy setting up my new computer, encouraging me to ask questions as I looked over his shoulder to see what he was doing. In no time at all I had my laptop set up. Not only is Matt super professional, but he's a really nice person--laid back and totally non-judgmental of those of us that aren't tech savvy. It was a pleasure dealing with Matt, and I shall certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an IT guy.

Had a great experience with Matt; he's super responsive and provided quick and comprehensive help. He diagnosed and fixed our problem (bad Ethernet connections) in no time and gave us very clear help on maximizing our wifi signal throughout the house. Great guy, very friendly and personable. Matt knows his stuff! I used him for the first time to develop and set up a on-site/off-site backup storage strategy for 30+ years of family photos and videos. Matt consulted with me on the phone, I ordered the necessary equipment, and then Matt came to set everything up and ensure it was working properly. He took the time to explain things clearly, and I would use him again for any home IT needs. Highly recommend!

Matt recently helped my 83-year-old dad when his laptop suddenly went dark and it turned out the motherboard was fried. This was very distressing for him, as he relies on his computer daily for financial work. On top of that, he had an old piece of software from 2005 that he still needed in order to access his files, which could've been devastating to him if not restored. Matt was fantastic. He guided my dad in choosing a new laptop that suited his needs, expertly transferred all of his files, and even got that 2005 software up and running again. Throughout the entire process, Matt was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question my dad had. It’s clear that Matt is an expert in his field, and we’re so grateful we found him. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I was pretty new to building a PC and I was able to make it 95% of the way however I was having issues connecting my motherboard. Regardless, Matt was able to not only help me connect my motherboard, but help with cable management and give me advice for future PC build. I was very paranoid that he may do something with my PC as I had spent a lot of money on this PC however, he was trustable he kept up. He kept me updated. And most of all he was friendly as a person and Customer from me.

Patient with knowledgeable professional. He does IT work of different kinds and is an overall solution provider. We have used him many times and he has always done great work at more than fair prices. Couldn't be happier with everything he has done.

Matt was easy to schedule, arrived exactly on time, and quickly fixed a variety of issues with my computer, internet connection, and printer. When I asked, he showed me how to attend to my printer when a future issue was expected to materialize (it later did materialize, and I handled it as Matt instructed me, without a problem). Matt was kind, friendly, and communicative, clean and fast--totally professional.

Matt was easy to reach. He came out to my house twice to ensure that everything was working as we had hoped. He provided great counsel on getting my wifi, Sonos and Ring systems all working seamlessly. I’m very happy and I will gladly use him again!

Matt knows his stuff. I'm pretty tech savvy, but sometimes we all need a hand, and Matt stepped in to help me out. Mostly confirming my own suspicions, but giving me some solid new information along the way. We didn't fix my problem, but we got the situation to where I was comfortable doing the rest myself. Matt is professional, communication is excellent. If I need a hand again, he's the guy I'd ask.
