I moved into Shelby Manor 4 months ago. It was quick and easy. Since then everything here has been great, no complaints. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. All of the residents that I have met from my building or one of the other buildings have been friendly and welcoming. The leasing office - building management staff have been friendly and helpful at all times. There are also many games and activities in the community center building and also in the activity room in each building where it is possible to meet the other residents. I would recommend Shelby Manor to anyone considering a move to a senior apartment.

My dad moved in last year and has been enjoying his new home. Megan was a great help with getting the paperwork taken care of. She communicates very well along the way. His apartment is cozy, and well taken care of.
