Forest Lane Dental of Northwest Dallas

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist because of bad past experiences, but from the moment I walked in on Monday in pain, everyone was so kind, gentle, and comforting. I came back on Friday for my extractions, and again, the entire team was amazing. The dental assistant was gentle and explained everything before they did it, which really helped me relax. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes, with minimal discomfort during numbing and absolutely no pain afterward or in the days that followed. They even called to check on me afterward. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We have been patients at Forest Lane dental for many years. They take good care of us, care about us, and make appointments convenient. The staff, assistants, hygienists, and dentist are professional and knowledgeable. It is a good experience!

Staff was amazing. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist but felt at ease very quickly. All my paperwork was sent before the appointment and I was taken back right on time. Dr. Lee was very kind and took the time to explain the pictures and X-rays. I never felt rushed and my cleaning was probably the best I’ve ever had. If you want a dentist office who will do a great job and not try to rip you off this is the place to go :)

Pleased with the new team and “doctor”/dentist. In my more than 10 years with the facility I have had the pleasure of being treated by three dentists prior and it just got even better!

I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned, but ever since I started seeing Eunzie, that’s all changed. She’s hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She's not only gentle but also makes the whole experience feel comfortable and even a little enjoyable, which I never thought possible for a teeth cleaning. Her attention to detail and care really stand out. Dr. Lee, as always, is fantastic — professional, friendly, and thorough. He makes sure to explain everything and always provides top-notch care. I used to be hesitant about going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to my appointments. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have taken all 3 of my children to this office. The doctor and staff are always friendly. They explain everything that’s going on and answer all my questions. Update: Now having been a patient myself everything stated above still remains true. Dr. Lee is great, he had to extract a root from the socket and it was not an easy task. His demeanor remained kind and never showed any frustration. Extremely professional. The assistant was great as well she was able to suction everything out so nothing was left lingering in the back of my throat. My interactions with all staff have been superb.

Been coming here over the past 5 years. Dr. Shim was good. Dr. Lee is exceptional. My dental health has greatly improved and I no longer have empty side teeth, thanks to the implants Dr. Lee put in.

Horrible experience at this dental facility. Don't come here if you don't want to spend your entire day here. I waited 45 minutes for my daughter to even get called back. We did out part by showing up to our appt on time. After they finally called her for xrays, the dentist wanted to speak with us so we waited another half hour. Finally they took her back to start the cleaning. Any other dental office would do the xrays, immediately follow with the cleaning, THEN speak with the parents about treatment. The lack of urgency and the disorganization of this office is the reason why this is our first and will be our LAST visit to this place. They need to get it together. If you like to have your precious time wasted, by all means spend your time and money here.
