Even though I haven't used Paul as my agent yet, I have used his knowledge and insight in the housing market to make decisions on different properties. His many years of experience, wisdom, and interest in the Eau Claire area have resulted in future home buyers like myself trusting the information Paul shares about buying a property. I've asked him many questions about the '16,482 Tips' he discusses in online videos. I've always found Paul to give me straight, honest answers to my questions regarding maintenance, curb appeal, landscaping, fixtures, "the extras", and the housing market in general.

I did not live in the area when looking for a home and had to be given tours virtually. Paul was great coordinating with my family to make it easy for me. It was difficult finding a home in my price range, but Paul didn't give up! We found a great home and love the neighborhood. Paul was kind and helpful and still checks in on me occasionally. I am referring a family member to him as well.
