Not recommended as I had the worst experience. I bought a wig from them and it was not fitting my head. My original hair was showing from down the wig. I told them the wig is not fitting the size of my head and i need a refund; they refused and i asked to speak to their manager, but they didn't even try to call the manager and the manager didn't have the courtesy to call me back . They just gave me the general email of the shop which I sent an email to and I received a very bad response and they did not own their mistake that they have done so I paid Almost 1600 for nothing. Definitely not gonna buy from them again.

Absolutely high quality. Was in their store in September with my fiance. We loved the hair. I got a lace wig, full volume, no tangling whatsoever. Also the hair doesn't fall off when brushing. I highly recommend

This hair shop has one of the highest quality wigs I’ve seen in Dubai, the hair is so soft, their body wave wigs are absolutely amazing. Marvel served me today, most loveliest lady, she was so patient with me in helping me choose my wig and solved all my problems. Will definitely be coming here again! Wigs are very much affordable!

The sales women at the store were very friendly and helpful with helping my mom pick a wig that perfectly suited her! They even gifted us a brush. Would definitely recommend them as they have several hair styles.

I wish I could rate this no stars! I bought extension from here on the 27th/09/2023 from a lady called marvel (south African) I was in the shop for atleast 30mins looking at different hair types and lengths, they didn't have much of a variety so ended up buying 42inches Cambodian hair , the lady convinced me it was 100% human and that it has never been dyed etc, I ended up paying 1650 dirhams for what I would say the worse hair extentions ever, its been literally a week I've had the hair , but the hair started shredding everywhere within the first day, it tangles very easily and feels more like 70prercent synthetic more than anything, I have never experienced anything like this before I sent pictures within the second day showing how badly the hair had shred the texture was so bad, she told me i could straighten it, curls it etc clearly not, I asked for a refund on whatsapp and was ignored, worse hair shop ever, please stop misleading customer's, I would like my money back as this is the worse hair ever, she also mentioned the hair would last 2 year's, howso when it hasn't lasted a few days what a rip off. I also have proof of pictures and receipt.

Purchased a wig from this store on my holiday in Dubai. The hair quality is 10/10 and the wig is nice and full. Lisha looked after me well while I was in store and I am looking forward to wearing it.
