KindMind Behavioral Health is simply wonderful! From the moment I first reached out, I felt a sense of genuine care and understanding. The staff is incredibly supportive, and the therapists are truly exceptional at what they do. The create such a warm and welcoming environment, making it easy to open up and work through things. I've seen such positive changes in my life since starting with them, and I can't recommend KindMind enough to anyone looking for compassionate and effective behavioral Health support. They really live up to their name.

John has extensive knowledge regarding medications old and new. He really understands many of the mental issues. He asks you many questions to make sure he can provide the best meds or other treatments to help you with your mental health. He allows you to talk and validates what you say so he understands what you are experiencing. If you have issues with your meds, he wants to know right away because you may need a different treatment. He spends at least 15 to 20 minutes with you in each secession. He cares!!!! He is a very good and caring doctor. He is always keep up on mental health pharmacology and other mental health treatments. He wants to make you feel comfortable with your issues and he does this for me all the time. Thanks John

This is by far the best review I have ever given. John Riley is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is the most caring practitioner. He will always go out of the way for his patients and will do whatever is necessary to get you the help you need. I could not recommend him any more. If you are looking for psychiatric help he is by far the best choice you could make.

Had to create another Google account to let the public know.....How great this office is. I have worked with John for a year now and my life has changed. I have put in the hard work. I made the choices that changed my life but I was emotionally broken. Then smooshed and blended up.. I didn't know what to do period. I was lost and John has used therapy and medication under a very strict eye. They don't pass out drugs and say have a good day. Not how this practice works. They find out what you need not want. Just because you think a zanax is the only thing that will work. Your wrong. Other non addictive and modern medicines are available. My Dr.john listened to me talk and you don't know me (public) but he helped the beast. I was sad and needed help.. P.s. I missed my appointment today and called them and apologized. The receptionist was genuinely worried about me. Mom died 2 months ago and she cares about my well being . Like...How much better of a practice could you get.

I’m giving three stars because my daughter was happy with the few sessions she had. Overall, our experience hasn’t been great though. After we waited a few weeks to have the first appointment, it turned out that the therapist was leaving the practice, so they assigned my daughter to someone else. We waited a few more weeks. When we finally got in, my daughter probably had 3-4 sessions when the therapist told us that she was leaving the practice too. Now we’re on a wait list which we don’t know how long it will take because I heard a third therapist was leaving around the same time. Therapy takes time of course, so even though the clinician we briefly worked with was very nice, I feel that what we paid was a waste of money due to lack of continuity.

Always have heard everyone joke about therapy as a kid. As a teen and in my 20s it was for the real crazy people. Been seeing John R, for most the year. I have had years of previous Dr's for context. Anyways..... Lost my mom last week R.I.P and its been to much honestly. After a week of intense grief I finally can move around and call the office, they get me in the next day without any issues. Today my thought on therapy at 37. John has saved my life period. He truly cares about his patients mental health. Besides the medical side. He is a good person period. With a huge heart and will stay at work until 7:30 calling the pharmacy if their is an issue to get it fixed, like he did with me. My severe depression and anxiety are dangerous without my medicstions especially right now during my grief...I trust every recommendation without question because of all his actions this year. I could write a book on this guy,no joke and theres other providers here that all CARE and want to help you with whatever problem THEY ARE ABLE TO HELP WITH. THEY ARE DRs Not a genie. I Am grateful beyond words for the wonderful front staff who always have a smile and look very professional. But showed true sympathy for my loss when i seen them yesterday. Also the office has been spotless every time I have been in. With the attention to detail by swapping books out to keep waiting more fun, seeing what they brought this week. They cover medicaid and other insurance for low income. Always call and ask tho. If you need mental help or anyone to talk to,please dont open up your life and feelings to someone who doesnt care. Kind Mind psychiatry is seriously life changing. This is not a review. This is my true feelings shared with the community and I hope someone sees this and gets help if they need it. God bless everyone at the office and thank you for everything. Glad you have my back. Sincerely, Tyler W Schafer

We had the best experience possible for my son. The relief he feels after one meeting has made a difference. We highly recommend Dr. Riley.

Nice office suite. Very friendly staff. Stephen Nachtegall was exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. BUT: the forms provided to be filled out online were NOT user friendly and almost caused me to find another provider. Crap programming.

They're def KIND, and I love how they actually care and are so quick to help and so helpful in so many ways. Honestly, s/o to my doctor for referring me here. I was already looking for a new therapist, and I'm so glad she told me about them. 10/10

I had a good feeling about this place right away. John and Vanessa are very easy to talk to. Everyone in the office is very nice. I think I finally found the right people to help me! Update: I've been seeing John and Vanessa for a few months now and I am very happy with them both. The staff is also very nice.
