Seems like a new dental. Clinic? The place is clean and new. Good and fast service and professional. But dentist unable to help me detect what's the cause of my toothache that's been bothering me as all check is healthy.... Gotten some med to stop the pain, hope it helps to feel better.

Got my teeth whitening treatment here. Here’s my experience. The clinic is located at level 1, parking was quite difficult, because the area is busy and crowded. I managed to find parking luckily but need to walk quite far. The interior clinic is nice clean and neat. The clinic assistant is not friendly at all. No greeting at all. Not even smiling. Then for the treatment, the dentist is okay. He asked me to lie down and without explaining, he straight away checked my teeth, no introduction at all. Then he clean my teeth (scaling), I like the result eventho the process is superr uncomfortable ( abit painful). But yeah no comforting words from the dentist and the assistant until I involuntarily react due to the discomfort and pain. Then , after he apply the whitening gel, he then put my mouth under the light and again, no explanation at all, not even mention how long it will take. He couldve explained it to me but he just didn’t. The whole process took 45 mins , and after that he explain the maintanence part and also alternative for whitening such as using retainers and applying gel which is okay. Overall, I had a decent experience, except the receptionist should be friendlier and dentist should care to explain to patients the step by step procedure. As for the price, I paid RM400 for one cycle which is standard price
