I’ll admit it: I never thought I’d need a "best friend" in the insurance business. I always figured rates were just rates. But then our oldest child started driving, and suddenly, the "what-ifs" felt very real. Rip Off! No accidents at fault, and sky high prices!!! Not only that, but I was hit by another driver. ..took it to their preferred shop "gerber collision" I almost died on the interstate in the left lane on I-40 in TN while i was driving back to Hermitage from franklin on a job interview after the car was released to me and lost acceleration due to an issue that gerber collision in donelson tn was aware of from reading codes but decided to not let me know that a fatal issue was present. I almost died and they don't care.... Still Rude to this day. They said that's not their problem. Allstate has Gerber's back, so go elsewhere if you value your life. Allstate allows life threatening vendors to represent them.. If you value your daughters life, your son's, your mothers, your own, go to someone you can trust for insurance and care....It's not allstate or gerber collision...
