My purchase of a pre-owned Mini Countryman in January 2025 has been a profound disappointment. I worked primarily with Phanendra and Umesh, whose assurances during the sale have proven completely unreliable. At delivery, they acknowledged but clearly did not fix a warning message for leaking washer fluid. They also convinced me that the worn tires would last another 10,000 KM and claimed the suspension had been replaced. After driving only 5,000 KM, primarily on highways, their promises have completely unraveled. The engine mount and both front and rear suspensions are faulty, all tires were so bald they burst and required full replacement, and the original washer fluid leak persists. I regret this purchase and caution future buyers to verify every claim this team makes, as their post-sale support has been non-existent. While my overall experience with the sales department has been challenging, Kiruba Ezhumalai provided outstanding support during my recent appointment. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to helping me were truly commendable. Thank you for your excellent service!

An absolutely terrible experience today at BMW Airport Road. I got a call about my enquiry on Monday asking to connect me with Sales, I politely requested they call me after 5pm. Fast forward today is Friday, no calls yet. I decided to ring them up myself again to say I’m on my way there to look at and test drive the 3 Series. Their team let me know I can go, and that I could drive both Petrol and Diesel variants if I chose to. On turning up at the dealership, I was sat outside in my car for 10mins because no one could tell me where to park my car. After that mess got sorted, I entered the dealership and was met with Christopher, Sales. Upon enquiring, I was immediately told I can only see the car but a test drive had to be booked in advance. Like, seriously? BMW India, is telling a customer who drove 20KMs on a Friday, that they can’t drive a car? I politely declined and made my way to exit. Here’s the interesting part : The same security guy, who couldn’t be found and after 10mins showed me where to park, opens the gate only half the way, thereby making it uncomfortable to drive out. Overall an absolutely horrendous experience, I was wary anyway looking at recent reviews. I will be purchasing my 4th Luxury vehicle, but this time from Audi. Cheers BMW, but no thanks.

It has been a super bad experience with this service station . Their attitude reflects badly on the BMW brand . 1. Reviews need to be repeatedly called and sought 2. Huge delay in responding 3. The day my car was delivered back from a body repair , the moment I switch it on I see a run on flat tyre indication( not even a minute delay after I was handed the keys ) . Then what they even do with the car which stayed with them for 4 weeks . Don’t they even run a check before delivering or they do not care if once they dump it back to us 4 in just a week after getting the car delivered I had a break down from a cutting down of a belt ( which I have been told is due to wear and tyre ) . How did it escape from their check when the car was with them for a good 4 weeks Disgusting it is if we need to struggle to this extent after owning a branded car . Talks very poorly about the attitude of BMW if they run service centres like this

Bought X5 DPE about 3 weeks back. Incredibly good buying experience right from day 1 of first enquiry to delivery. Mr. Ajith K and M Kulkarni who were the primary sales professionals instilled a lot of confidence and trust in Navnit Motors by honestly and patiently clarifying all my queries. Negligence at BMW Kun Motor Resulting in Vehicle Damage Dear :Service Manager's I am writing to formally raise my dissatisfaction with the service I received at BMW Kun Motor Due to negligence during the service, my vehicle has suffered significant issues, including: 1. Damage to Tires and Mag Wheel: The improper wheel alignment carried out during the service has caused damage to two of my car’s tires and a mag wheel. 2. Unusual Noise: Since the service, my BMW has been making a loud, truck-like noise, which is highly concerning and not reflective of the vehicle’s standard performance. These issues have caused considerable inconvenience and have undermined my trust in the quality of service at BMW Kun Motor. As a loyal BMW customer, I expected a far higher level of care and professionalism. I request immediate action to address these problems, including: A thorough investigation into the improper handling of my vehicle. Compensation or repair of the damaged tires and mag wheel at no cost. Diagnosis and resolution of the unusual noise issue to restore my car to optimal condition. A detailed explanation of the steps that will be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this Matter Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Scam!! Please beware if anyone is planning to buy a car from KUN BMW premium used car service(Bangalore). We would like to bring to your notice that, we had purchased a BMW X3 and a one year warranty was included in the deal as per the terms and conditions of BPS but after we took delivery of the car, we were informed that the warranty will be given to us within a week’s time. There was absolutely no updates regarding the warranty and after multiple follows ups,the Sales manager(Mr.Ajith)and Mr.Phaneendra informs us that the car sold to us will not get a one year warranty as the previous owner has skipped a service from authorised service centre. Hence, BMW has denied the warranty. According to the 360 degree check list shown to us, this car has a clean service history which means that details mentioned in the check list is fraudulent. This is a clear evidence of deliberately cheating the customer! We have faced a lot of hardships after purchasing the car. Errors popping up on the screen, electrical issues etc. A legal complaint has been filed by us and we hope this will be settled. Customers please beware of such scams!
