Had my first Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session in Loughton — such a powerful experience. The calm, pressurized environment felt deeply restorative, like my body was finally getting the oxygen it’s been craving. I came out feeling lighter, clearer, and surprisingly energized. It made such an impact that I went ahead and booked five extra sessions on the spot. Healing in progress.

I had hyperbaric oxygen therapy after surgery and had a great experience. Shahina was fantastic, the treatment was relaxing, and I feel it really helped speed up my recovery and healing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone recovering from surgery.
