Had my first Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session in Loughton — such a powerful experience. The calm, pressurized environment felt deeply restorative, like my body was finally getting the oxygen it’s been craving. I came out feeling lighter, clearer, and surprisingly energized. It made such an impact that I went ahead and booked five extra sessions on the spot. Healing in progress.

I did 5 sessions in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber at Oxyheal after surgery to avoid infection and help with healing. I’ve healed so nicely and the ladies at Oxyheal are lovely. On my first session, she sat outside the oxygen chamber for the full hour just to make sure I was ok (it’s totally fine by the way, it’s just like breathing in reeeeally fresh air for an hour). Would recommend for anyone post surgery
