My husband and I just closed on our first home, and we couldn't have done it without Viviana As first-time buyers, we were overwhelmed by the process, but Viviana guided us with incredible patience and expertise every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, from the initial search to closing. Viviana was always available to answer our questions, and her knowledge of the Livermore market was invaluable. We really enjoyed having Viviana represent us when we bought in Dublin in 2023. The communication was excellent at every stage of the process, and the purchase transaction from start to finish was seamless. We will for sure be using her again to represent us if we make another transaction in the East Bay/Tri-Valley area., She has also done an excellent job keeping us informed with what has been going on locally with the real estate market.
