AJ Granite and Tile LLC

We had a great experience working with AJ's Granite & Tile in Lebanon. We were 1st time owner-contractors of our home, shopping for our kitchen countertops. AJ's has a huge selection of granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite options to look through. Their prices were better than anywhere else we researched. They were super easy to work with, good communication & responsiveness, quick turnaround time on getting it installed, and expert installation skills! What really made our experience stand out, though, was how they made things right when an issue arose. We selected a beautiful slab during our home construction of what we thought (based on their distributor's labeling) was granite - exactly what we wanted! However, after a few months of living in our home, we were quickly able to tell based on wear, staining, & water marks, no matter how careful we were, something was wrong. One of the AJ's owners drove out to our house to assess and confirmed that the countertops were indeed marble instead of granite. They offered to try buffing and re-sealing everything first, but we really never wanted the care & upkeep that marble requires for a kitchen, especially with a young family. AJ's ultimately offered to replace all the countertops for us so we could have the granite we wanted. They were extremely gracious and kind to us through the whole experience, let us pick out totally new slabs, and quickly removed the old & installed the new! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and it meant so much to have a business stand behind their work and to care so much about the customer's happiness with the end result above anything else!! I highly recommend AJ granite. I went to the Lawrenceburg location picked out some granite I liked they came right out and did a measurement. I did shop around a little more after in Columbia stopped at five different granite places none of them had as good of a selection in stock and their pricing was much much higher and they told me it was two months before they could even come out to my house for installation. I then went back to AJ and as soon as I gave them my deposit within 3 days my whole kitchen granite was installed and what a beautiful job they did. What a pleasant surprise because it seems like anything I ever get worked on takes forever to get done and they were super fast.

I totally recommend AJ's Granite and Tile. They are very nice, professional and installation was quick. I picked out my granite and sinks and they were installed within a week. Of course, my schedule allowed that. I'm so very please with them. If your thinking of getting a makeover or new installation, this is the place.

We had been wanting new counter tops for our kitchen for years. We started looking around for someone to buy from and install our counters. I had noticed this place in Lebanon and since I was driving by, I thought I would stop in and see what they had. Alex (the owner) wasn't there at the time, but his lovely wife was and she showed me around. I was very impressed with the selection and saw a quartz pattern I really liked. After conferring with my wife we decided to get a quote from Alex. The quote was very reasonable and he would be able to do the work in about a week. He spent about an hour at the house taking very detailed measurements and building a template to take back to his shop. On the day of installation, we had to have everything out of the cabinets and the fridge, stove and sinks all had to be removed. I did all this myself. He did the demolition on the old tile counter tops. He and his worker brought in 4 huge pieces of quartz which also included an island. Installation probably took about 4 hours from start to finish. Be for warned, if he has to cut out a hole as he did at my house, its VERY dusty. We covered everything in the kitchen before hand. Alex is very meticulous. He always strives to make everything "perfect". As far as we are concerned, he met his mark. We could not be happier. He even used the cutout piece to make a quartz cutting board. We highly recommend Alex and his crew and would do it over again! Thanks Alex.

AJ Granite did a great job installing my granite. They were quick to schedule and met that time frame. I love my new kitchen.

There was a mixup with what we ordered & what was installed. Alex worked with us to make it right and my kitchen countertops are exactly of what I dreamed!!! He & Benjamin were great to work with!!!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Had a morning appointment for a repair. Waited an hour past the appointment time before reaching out. Got a call saying they now want to come out late afternoon. Then they gave attitude when I said if they didn't show up on time I would have to cancel it all. Will never recommend them after that
