AJ Granite and Tile LLC

We had a great experience working with AJ's Granite & Tile in Lebanon. We were 1st time owner-contractors of our home, shopping for our kitchen countertops. AJ's has a huge selection of granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite options to look through. Their prices were better than anywhere else we researched. They were super easy to work with, good communication & responsiveness, quick turnaround time on getting it installed, and expert installation skills! What really made our experience stand out, though, was how they made things right when an issue arose. We selected a beautiful slab during our home construction of what we thought (based on their distributor's labeling) was granite - exactly what we wanted! However, after a few months of living in our home, we were quickly able to tell based on wear, staining, & water marks, no matter how careful we were, something was wrong. One of the AJ's owners drove out to our house to assess and confirmed that the countertops were indeed marble instead of granite. They offered to try buffing and re-sealing everything first, but we really never wanted the care & upkeep that marble requires for a kitchen, especially with a young family. AJ's ultimately offered to replace all the countertops for us so we could have the granite we wanted. They were extremely gracious and kind to us through the whole experience, let us pick out totally new slabs, and quickly removed the old & installed the new! We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and it meant so much to have a business stand behind their work and to care so much about the customer's happiness with the end result above anything else!! I highly recommend AJ granite. I went to the Lawrenceburg location picked out some granite I liked they came right out and did a measurement. I did shop around a little more after in Columbia stopped at five different granite places none of them had as good of a selection in stock and their pricing was much much higher and they told me it was two months before they could even come out to my house for installation. I then went back to AJ and as soon as I gave them my deposit within 3 days my whole kitchen granite was installed and what a beautiful job they did. What a pleasant surprise because it seems like anything I ever get worked on takes forever to get done and they were super fast.
