Highly recommend Jeff. He came to fix my washer on very short notice. He gave me an idea of what the problem may be and an estimate based on what he thought was wrong.. based on my issue I was having and sending pictures. Showed up on time, with all parts needed to make the repair right on his truck. He was very polite and helpful. And he loved my two dogs. 🙂 Couldn't ask for a better repair person. Certified and ready to go! I would not hesitate at all in bringing him back to do any future repairs. Very reasonably priced!! In fact he's already booked to repair my range. 5 ⭐️ Highly recommend! Tell you my experience and you can draw your own conclusions. But give consideration to the better business bureau reviews and the lower reviews of this business. Jeff was supposed to be here on a particular day at between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. we made these arrangements a week in advance. Will the particular day comes when Jeff is supposed to be here and he no calls and no shows. I reached out to him and he mentioned to me that he had the flu. Okay, but it is particularly annoying that you didn't call your customers who took time off work to be home for you. After having read the reviews I have this feeling that perhaps this wasn't a one-off. We arranged for a second repair date at the same time a week later, between 2pm and 4pm. Well my father had a heart attack and was in the hospital. I messaged Jeff at 6:00 a.m. the day of the appointment to tell him we would once again have to reschedule due to the unforeseen circumstances. He decided to still show up at my residence. He said something about closing the ticket so that he could get paid for his miles. If he would have just looked at his phone and saw the message at any point during the day he would have realized he didn't need to be at my residence. I once again, attempted to reach out to him to schedule the repair once more with no further communication from Jeff. To be honest the way he carried himself and the choice of language and tone he made me very uncomfortable anyway. Called GE and they said everyone else was booked far out but Jeff and that I could use a credit option in which they credit a repair person of my choosing up to a particular dollar value to come to the repair. That's what I did. That's my experience.

He is the only one in my area willing to work with my home warranty insurance. He returned my calls quickly and came out and diagnosed the issue. I recommend this company overall because of the communication, service, price, and he is a pleasure to work with.

Jeff really is a wonderful guy! He truly cares about fixing any appliance issue and goes the extra step to make you happy! He is very busy but opened up his calander to fix my new washer dryer combo. First visit at my Airbnb my guests wouldn't allow him in! I was very upset but Jeff assured me he would work it out and fix the washer. Long story short, I now have a fixed washer! He also straightend my couch covers at the Airbnb and gave me some great recommendations! I would highly recommend Jeff and your not very smart if you go with someone else!

Jeff Hummel's Appliance Service Review I highly recommend this Appliance Service. You may be able to fix your appliance instead of buying new. Jeff came out to diagnose issues I was having with my washer. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problems. Once the parts arrived, he came back to install. I found Jeff to be courteous, honest, and thorough. He is a no-nonsense professional. Jeff went right to work installing replacement parts. He ran my washer before leaving to make sure everything was working well. He even cleaned up his work area unlike most. I write very few reviews, but I felt it necessary to post. When an appliance breaks down its hard to find a reputable place. It's stressful time. So hopefully this review will help a person in need of appliance repair. Thank you Jeff.

Jeff has come to my rescue numerous times. He will be my go to super hero for my appliances. He's very professional. Gets the job done in a timely manner. He even takes the time to explain and show you what he's doing and why he is doing it that way. When I had an issue with my dishwasher install he stepped in and was my voice so l was heard and seen in order to get the job corrected by a different company. I fully trust him to get the job done and will continue to use his services, along with referring him to anyone and everyone for all your appliance needs.

Jeff came to our condo 5 times. We bought a GE Cafe dishwasher that had several problems. This was our third technician since we bought our dishwasher in 2020. We bought a suite of GE appliances (refrigerator, duel fuel gas stove and dishwasher). Our dishwasher was known to have problems by GE. Jeff did some research. Each time Jeff came he fixed a problem, but there was always another problem. He stuck with us , and our dishwasher was finally fixed today. Jeff knows what he is doing, and did a great job. He is customer oriented, and keeps trying no matter what. Thank you Jeff, or we probably would have had to purchase another dishwasher.

Jeff was assigned by AHS. He was fantastic. He came out before Christmas to fix my issue. He was friendly efficient and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Thanks!!

Had to have our new GE dryer looked at shortly after getting it unfortunately they assigned us this business. Took forever to get an initial appointment only to have him show up and cancel the appointment nevausw my wife at the time had a cold. He then told me he would call the following Monday to reschedule but he didn't. Didn't return my follow up call either. Finally had to call GE to have my service request assigned to a different business, and file a complaint. I havent worked with a more unprofessional business in my life. Oh and icing on the cake GE said on their end that there was a submission for payment on a dryer that was never looked at. I dont know about anyone else, but that seems like the textbook definition of fraud to me.

Jeff is a very fair, honest, good person. He did repairs on our wash machine, clothes dryer, and kitchen stove. He was on time and showed up when he said he would. Described everything he was doing and why, he was doing it. I will definitely tell others about him.
