Highly recommend Jeff. He came to fix my washer on very short notice. He gave me an idea of what the problem may be and an estimate based on what he thought was wrong.. based on my issue I was having and sending pictures. Showed up on time, with all parts needed to make the repair right on his truck. He was very polite and helpful. And he loved my two dogs. 🙂 Couldn't ask for a better repair person. Certified and ready to go! I would not hesitate at all in bringing him back to do any future repairs. Very reasonably priced!! In fact he's already booked to repair my range. 5 ⭐️ Highly recommend! Tell you my experience and you can draw your own conclusions. But give consideration to the better business bureau reviews and the lower reviews of this business. Jeff was supposed to be here on a particular day at between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. we made these arrangements a week in advance. Will the particular day comes when Jeff is supposed to be here and he no calls and no shows. I reached out to him and he mentioned to me that he had the flu. Okay, but it is particularly annoying that you didn't call your customers who took time off work to be home for you. After having read the reviews I have this feeling that perhaps this wasn't a one-off. We arranged for a second repair date at the same time a week later, between 2pm and 4pm. Well my father had a heart attack and was in the hospital. I messaged Jeff at 6:00 a.m. the day of the appointment to tell him we would once again have to reschedule due to the unforeseen circumstances. He decided to still show up at my residence. He said something about closing the ticket so that he could get paid for his miles. If he would have just looked at his phone and saw the message at any point during the day he would have realized he didn't need to be at my residence. I once again, attempted to reach out to him to schedule the repair once more with no further communication from Jeff. To be honest the way he carried himself and the choice of language and tone he made me very uncomfortable anyway. Called GE and they said everyone else was booked far out but Jeff and that I could use a credit option in which they credit a repair person of my choosing up to a particular dollar value to come to the repair. That's what I did. That's my experience.
