Been coming here for years now and always have a wonderful experience. Dentist are very welcoming and informing of treatment and costs without pushing for sales. Had an hygienist treatment today with Sam and he was fantastic. Not only did he have a lovely calm energy but he was extremely gentle and patient. Alongside working meticulously he got everything done in one appointment. And a wonderful playlist in the surgery. Highly recommend Sam for your hygiene appointments. The highlight of every appointment is the therapy Dog they have there. Any worries you have are immediately washed away when he comes to say hello. Lynda the practice manager is very helpful and always on hand to deal with any issues.

I had a really positive experience at Archway Dental Group following a very distressing failed extraction elsewhere the day before. I was extremely anxious on arrival, but the team were incredibly calm, kind and reassuring throughout. They took the time to listen to what had happened previously and made sure I was comfortable and fully numb before starting. I had the extraction done under sedation and the whole process was handled professionally and with great care. The staff were patient, gentle and clearly very experienced in managing nervous patients. I’m very grateful to the team for turning what had been a traumatic experience into a much more manageable and positive one. Thank you so much for your care.
