Extremely fast and outstanding group of guys. Just moved to the area and called around to all the builders in the area, everyone else was on a 12+ month wait time these guys are around 3 months. They do all the work themselves besides the concrete pouring but their quality of work is amazing. Highly recommend to everyone if you’re looking for a vinyl liner pool. 1 month start to finish (2 weeks for the pool had to wait another 2 for concrete due to companies being so booked out)

2nd Update: After Better Business Bureau closed the case as unresolved, they recommended I contact an attorney. I let D&S know I would be doing so and on August 6, 2020, they finally removed the debris. Just after that, the brand new liner fell out from the side in a huge spot. I was able to get a reputable pool place in Cullman to come fix it. UPDATE: D&S Pools sent out a trailer and loaded it full with trash and cement, but left the old pool liner, pallets, and fencing on our brush pile. It’s an environmental hazard to burn that liner and once the fencing and pallets are burned it will leave nails in my yard! When the guy came to pick up the trailer, it was overloaded and his tires had to be removed and replaced. They also had to push some of the concrete back in our yard to lighten the load. They said they would return to get the rest, but haven’t yet. It’s been five days. Chris left a huge mess in my yard upon finishing our pool work. We live overseas and are only able to visit home occasionally. We asked him to honor the contract and clean up his mess but he refused. When he came to pick up his final payment, he drove up in his Cullman City police car. I think he was trying to intimidate us. We paid him the final payment on time and asked him to consider doing the right thing. He took the money and left the mess.

Used D&S Pools to replace a liner in my in-ground pool when the original contractor (and several other contractors) wouldn't return phone calls or texts about repairing my liner. They were recommended to me by my nephew who had used them and was pleased with their work. They recommended replacing my liner instead of trying to repair it - and both my wife and I agreed that was best. (The original contractor had told me to leave a sagging liner "like it is" through the winter and they'd come in the Spring to fix it - which never happened). D&S was professional and cared about the job they were doing. I was and still am very pleased with their timeliness and the way they made sure everything was done correctly. D & S Pool service is by far a great company. They did a great job replacing our liner and resurfacing the structure. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and very trust worthy when it comes to doing what they say they will do. Our pool looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the outcome. After contacting several pool companies in the area we decided to go with D and S Pools... and happy that we did. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and questions and kept that standard throughout the entire project. After walking us through the cost and scope of work we new exactly what the bottom line was, and was well within our budget. Since there were no hidden fees or charges, the project was completed to the original quote and not a penny over. Once work started, on a Tuesday, we were filling our pool that Friday.
